2. Products and Orders
Product Availability: All products are made to order via Printful’s dropshipping service and subject to availability. We may cancel orders if products are out of stock or if Printful cannot fulfill them.
Order Acceptance: Your order is an offer to purchase. We send an order confirmation email, but acceptance is not guaranteed. We may reject orders due to pricing errors or suspected fraud.
Pricing: Prices are in GBP (unless otherwise stated) and exclude taxes, duties, or shipping fees unless specified. You are responsible for any applicable taxes or customs duties.
3. Shipping
Worldwide Shipping: We ship worldwide via Printful’s fulfillment centers (primarily in the USA for faster domestic delivery, with additional centers in Europe and other regions).
Delivery Estimates(including fulfillment, which begins immediately upon order with 0 days handling time):
USA: 5–9 business days (2–5 days fulfillment + 3–4 days transit).
UK: 7–25 business days (2–5 days fulfillment + 5–20 days transit; faster options: 3–7 days with Delivered Duty Paid, DDP).
EU: 7–25 business days (2–5 days fulfillment + 5–20 days transit; faster intra-EU: 3–7 days).
Other International(e.g., Canada, Australia): 7–25 business days (2–5 days fulfillment + 5–20 days transit; e.g., Canada: 5–20 days, Australia: 10–20 days).
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and order details. International orders may incur customs duties or taxes (buyer’s responsibility). Delays may occur due to customs or peak seasons.
Lost or Damaged Shipments: Contact us at cryptomerchstore24@gmail.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date if your order is lost or damaged. We’ll work with Printful to resolve the issue, subject to their discretion.
4. Refund and Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns:
All products are made to order by Printful, and returns/refunds are subject to Printful’s discretion as our supplier. Refunds or replacements may be offered for defective, damaged, or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery, as determined by Printful.
Defective or Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Printful will review and may approve a refund or replacement.
Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong product (e.g., wrong size, color, or design), contact us within 30 days for review by Printful.
Non-Returnable Items: Due to the made-to-order nature, personalized or custom products are non-returnable unless defective or incorrect, per Printful’s policy.
UK/EU Consumer Rights: UK/EU customers may have additional rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (e.g., 14-day cooling-off period for non-custom items), but these may not apply to made-to-order products. Contact us for clarification.
Return Process:
Step 1: Contact Us: Email cryptomerchstore24@gmail.com with your order number, issue description, and photos (if applicable) within 30 days of delivery.
Step 2: Supplier Review: We’ll submit your request to Printful for approval. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions, including a Printful-provided return address.
Step 3: Ship the Item: Return the item in its original condition and packaging. You cover return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect, per Printful’s discretion.
Step 4: Processing: If approved by Printful, refunds or replacements are processed within 7–10 business days after receipt and inspection.
Refunds:
Refund Method: Refunds, if approved by Printful, are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs and customs duties are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Timing: Refunds take 5–10 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.
Non-Delivery: If your order doesn’t arrive within the estimated delivery window, contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll work with Printful to investigate, subject to their discretion.
Exceptions: Due to the made-to-order nature, returns for change-of-mind are not accepted unless required by UK/EU consumer laws. Products damaged due to misuse or improper care are not eligible for returns.
5. Payment
