Welcome to VLYN LTD ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website at https://vlyn.store, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

1. General

  • Use of Website: Our website is for purchasing products for personal use. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
  • Accuracy of Information: We aim to keep product descriptions, pricing, and availability accurate, but we are not liable for errors. Product data matches our Google Merchant Center submissions.
  • Changes to Terms: We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use means you accept the updates.

2. Products and Orders

  • Product Availability: Products are made-to-order via Printful's dropshipping service and subject to availability. We may cancel orders if items are out of stock or cannot be fulfilled.
  • Order Acceptance: Placing an order is an offer to buy. We send a confirmation email, but acceptance occurs only when shipped. We may reject orders for pricing errors or suspected fraud.
  • Pricing: Prices are in GBP (unless stated otherwise) and exclude taxes, duties, or shipping unless specified. You are responsible for any taxes or customs duties.

3. Shipping

  • Worldwide Shipping: We ship worldwide via Printful’s fulfillment centers (primarily USA, with centers in Europe and elsewhere).
  • Delivery Estimates (including fulfillment of 2–5 business days):
    - USA: 5–9 business days
    - UK: 7–25 business days (faster DDP options: 3–7 days)
    - EU: 7–25 business days (faster intra-EU: 3–7 days)
    - Other International (e.g., Canada, Australia): 7–25 business days
  • Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on location and order. International orders may incur customs duties/taxes (your responsibility). Delays possible due to customs or peak seasons.
  • Lost or Damaged Shipments: Contact us at support@vlyn.store or phone +44 7787 343947 within 14 days of estimated delivery. We’ll work with Printful to resolve it.

4. Returns and Refunds

  • Eligibility: Products are made-to-order, so we do not accept returns for change of mind. Refunds/replacements are available only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery (subject to Printful review).
  • Defective/Damaged/Incorrect Items: Contact us within 30 days with order number, description, and photos. We’ll submit to Printful for approval.
  • Non-Returnable: Custom/personalized items are non-returnable unless defective or incorrect.
  • UK/EU Rights: UK/EU customers may have extra rights (e.g., 14-day cooling-off for non-custom items), but these often do not apply to made-to-order products. Contact us for details.
  • Process:
    1. Email support@vlyn.store or call +44 7787 343947 with details.
    2. We submit to Printful for approval.
    3. If approved, we provide return instructions (you pay return shipping unless defective/incorrect).
    4. Refunds/replacements processed within 7–10 business days after receipt.
  • Refunds: Issued to original payment method (if approved). Shipping/customs non-refundable unless defective/incorrect. Processing: 5–10 business days.
  • Non-Delivery: Contact us within 14 days past estimated delivery for investigation.

5. Payment

  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods via Shopify Payments and secure processors (e.g., Stripe).
  • Payment Security: We use HTTPS encryption. We do not store card details.
  • Failed Payments: Orders may be canceled if payment fails.

6. Intellectual Property

All content (images, text, designs) is owned by VLYN LTD or licensed from Printful and protected by copyright/trademark laws. Unauthorized use prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, VLYN LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability limited to the product price paid.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes resolved in those courts.
