By accessing the Site, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.   • We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for your specific needs. Use of the Site is at your own risk.
2. Products and Orders
  • Custom-Made Products: All products offered on the Site are made-to-order using print-on-demand services provided by a third-party provider (Printful). Products are custom-printed and produced specifically for your order upon purchase. Due to their personalized nature, they are non-returnable except in cases of quality issues, manufacturing defects, or printing errors as outlined in the Returns Policy (Section 5).
  • Order Process: Orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is accepted.
  • Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and specifications. However, colors, sizes, and details may vary slightly due to the printing process or device display differences. We do not guarantee exact matches to screen representations.
  • International Shipping: We offer international drop shipping. Shipping times and costs vary by destination. See the Shipping Policy (Section 4) for details. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery.
  • Fulfillment Partner: Orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by Printful. We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses during fulfillment or shipping unless caused by our error.
3. Pricing and Payment
  • Prices are listed in the currency displayed on the Site and exclude taxes, shipping, and any applicable duties unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for all additional charges.
  • Payment is processed securely via the payment methods available at checkout. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total order amount.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at order confirmation applies.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an error occurs, we may cancel your order and refund any payment made.
4. Shipping Policy
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-7 business days, depending on product type and customization.
  • Shipping Times:
    • Domestic: 3-5 business days.
    • International: 5-20 business days, depending on location and customs processing.
  • Shipping is via standard methods through Printful’s carriers. Expedited options may be available at additional cost.
  • Tracking information is provided via email once your order ships. International shipments may experience delays due to customs clearance.
  • Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for shipping delays, lost packages, or damages unless proven to be our fault.
  • For international orders, you must provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Incorrect addresses may result in returned packages, with reshipping costs borne by you.
5. Returns PolicyTo comply with Google Merchant Center requirements for clear and accessible return information, this policy outlines the circumstances under which returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted. As products are custom-made to order via print-on-demand services, we operate a limited returns policy to minimize waste and production costs. This policy is transparent, fair, and focused on quality assurance while protecting the environment by avoiding unnecessary returns of personalized items.
  • Eligibility for Returns:
    • Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects, printing errors, or items damaged upon receipt. Examples include faded prints, incorrect sizing due to our error (not customer misselection), or items arriving damaged in transit.
    • Due to the made-to-order and personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, wrong size/color selected by the customer, or changes of mind. All sales are final for these reasons.
    • Exception for Brazil: In compliance with Brazilian consumer law, customers in Brazil have a 7-day "right of regret" period after delivery to cancel orders for any reason. Contact us within this window for processing.
  • Return Window:
    • Report eligible issues within 30 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period will not be honored.
    • Quality issues are typically resolved within 7-10 business days of your claim.
  • Return Process:
    1. Contact customer support via the contact method provided on the Site with your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the problem.
    2. If approved, you will receive instructions. For quality issues, Printful typically does not require the item to be returned; we may issue a refund or reship a replacement at no cost to you.
    3. If a return shipment is required (rare), use the provided label and ship within 14 days. International returns must be shipped to the address provided by us.
    4. Once received and inspected (if applicable), refunds or replacements will be processed.
  • Costs:
    • For eligible quality issues: Free reprint, replacement, or refund (excluding original shipping costs).
    • For non-eligible returns (e.g., buyer's remorse, if offered as a goodwill gesture): You pay all return shipping costs. Refunds, if issued, exclude original shipping and may incur a restocking fee (up to 20% of product value).
    • International returns: You are responsible for all shipping, customs, and handling fees unless the issue is our fault.
    • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Personalized or custom-printed products (all items on the Site).
    • Items damaged due to customer misuse, improper washing, or normal wear.
    • Digital products or downloads (if applicable).
  • Refunds:
    • Refunds exclude shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
    • Partial refunds may be issued for minor issues at our discretion.
    • No refunds for orders not yet shipped or canceled after processing begins.

  • We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by third parties, including Printful or shipping carriers.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the business is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
  • For international customers, you agree that the governing law applies, but we comply with mandatory local consumer protection laws where applicable (e.g., EU distance selling regulations).
9. Intellectual Property
  • All content on the Site, including designs, text, and images, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce or use it without permission.
  • By uploading designs for custom orders, you warrant that you own the rights to such content and indemnify us against any claims.
10. Force Majeure
  • We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or pandemics.
